Dog Wrangler Employment
Camp Fido dog wranglers work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Successful wranglers are hard working individuals who are aware of their surroundings at all times. They are able to build trusting relationships with our campers while providing strong supervision and leadership in a manner that is positive, calm and decisive. Additionally, dog wranglers are amazing cleaners. (Lots of dogs means lots of cleaning!)

Requirements:
- Must love and possess a basic knowledge of dogs
- Maintain punctual attendance and have reliable transportation
- Work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Not afraid of dogs of any breed or size
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time over varied terrain
- Able to bend and stoop freely
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outside in inclement weather
- Must be 18 years or older
Ideal candidates:
- have experience working with groups of dogs
- are looking for a job that has a consistent shift (usually AM or PM).
- are available Monday through Friday.
- are looking to work 20-38 hours per week.
- are seeking longer-term employment in the animal care profession.
- are very passionate about working with dogs!
